75-09-2 		Moderately toxic by all routes of exposure; possibly carcinogenic; highly volatile; do not inhale vapours; lung irritant.
Use in a fume cupboard if practicable, otherwise use small quantities in a well-ventilated area.
Use eye and skin protection when splashes are possible. This is an ozone-depleting chemical, if required, use small volumes to limit releases into the atmosphere.
Used in degreasing agents, cleaning fluids and paint removers. Use ethanol as a solvent for dilute solutions.
