 A commercial silicone based solvent which can be used in place of ozone depleting chemicals (CFC's, carbon tetrachloride, 1,1,1- trichloroethane). See two low risk siloxanes:decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, note that octa... has the higher flash point and is the safer.
